There are several ways of controling process fluid temperature of an Air Cooled Heat Exchanger. They are tabulated as follow :
i) Fluid bypass (manual)
ii) On-off fan operation (manual)
iii) Two-speed fans (manual or automatic)
iv) Louvers or shutters (automatic)
v) Variable pitch fans (automatic)
vi) Variable speed fans (automatic)
